from the chart we can see blue takes up 50% on the left then the right is a total of 50% of green blue and red.we see green is 1/4 of the circle so 56/4 is 14 so green is 25% and 14 we know that the other 25 is between red n blue so 12.5 each this means 12.5% and 7 for red for blue its 12.5+50 to get 62.5% and (7+(56/2) so 35 so thats your 4 answers

Half of 56 is 28 so...he has a 1/2 chance of picking blue.
Green is half of 28, so 14, he has a 1/4 chance of picking Green.
Blue and red are the same, so the probably of picking blue is 1/8 and the probablility of picking red is 1/8. 7 each
