What is the distance between (4, -1) and (7, 3)

We use the formula:
Distance = Square Root ( (X difference)^2 + (Y difference)^2 )
Distance = Square Root ( (-3)^2 + (4)^2))
Distance = Square Root ( (9 + 16))
Distance = Square Root (25)
Distance = 5
