f(g(4))
evaluate g(4) and sub it for x in f(x)
g(4)=4²
g(4)=16

now
f(g(4))=f(16)
f(x)=-x-3
f(16)=-16-3
f(16)=-19
not listed
there is something wrong
since there are no negative values in the choices, I will guess that it should be f(x)=x-3 resulting in f(g(4))=13
