-(3)/(6)\cdot x=-2

-3/6 is multiplying on the left, then it will divide on the right. Remember that divide by a fraction is the same as multiply by it inverse. The inverse of -3/6 is -6/3.

\begin{gathered} x=-2\cdot((-6)/(3)) \\ x=-2\cdot(-2) \\ x=4 \end{gathered}
