What is useful for the growth and the development of strong bones and teeth?

Milk can help provide with the nutrients to help your bones become stronger. If you have weak bones, they will/could be able to break easier. And I don't think you would want that to happen.

Strong Bones-They help with your muscles and you wont be like a twig and break easily and you can be able to do something without getting hurt easily.

Teeth-Help you chow down on food and you wont need to mix it in a blender in order to eat thats why sometimes your a elder they mix up your food as smoothies to be able to eat and drink at the same time
