No answer unless you wanna write
-5x + 45 = 0 (which is totally different)
-5x = -45
x = 9
what you have written is an expression while this is an equation

-5x + 45
There really is no answer, unless you are asking us to factor this for you.
In that case, you would see which number is divisible by both -5 and 45.
So, your answer if you wanted to factor this, would be:
-5(x-9)
