Social assistance funds are instruments of state budget and financial management. These should include revenue and expenditure for each state's set of actions, services, programs, projects, and welfare benefits.

I believe that welfare funds should be increased in states that show that this increase is necessary to promote the welfare of the population. As we all know, many states do not have the same economic stability as others, and these are the states that need an increase in the welfare fund in order to be able to provide a better life for citizens on social welfare.

However, in states with greater economic stability, the welfare fund should not be increased, but should be kept at a rate commensurate with the state's need.

I honestly believe to help your wellbeing that ,Under a block grant, proponents argued, states could shift the funds freed up when families left welfare for work to child care or other work supports, where need would increase. States also could invest more in work programs to reflect the increased emphasis on welfare as temporary and work-focused.
