You look at the histogram, sum up the number of fans greater than x=20, that is the last 4 bars.

These are
15+12+4+1=32

Hence, A is the correct answer.


For 2nd question, it is a weighted average, not a normal average. We need to multiply each score by the percentage it is worth and then divide by the total percentage. We have,
