x position
v velocity
a acceleration
A amplitude
t time
ω angular frequency
θ phase angle
x = A cos (ωt + θ)
v = -ωA sin(ωt + θ)
a = -ω²x
a is maximum when |x| is maximum
x is maximum when v = 0
v = 0: t = 0, θ = 0
x = A
a = |-ω²A|
