I am hoping this is all the information for the question.
Voume for cone is V=22/7x(r)squaredxh/3

So,I assume you looking for the radius in the smaller cone=1.95

Guessing the height in the larger cone=6.78

Answer:

3 cm

Explanation:

The ratio of the smaller volume to the larger volume is 8:27

But that's the same as 2^3:3^3

So the one-dimensional measurements (e.g. height) are in the ratio of 2:3.

Since the smaller cone has a height of 2 cm, the larger cone will have a height of 3 cm.
