answer: v=108
here are the steps:
1. multiply both sides by 27.
x 27 = 16 x 27
2. refine. 4v = 432
3. divide both sides by 4.
=
4. refine. v = 108

4v/27 = 16
You have to get rid of the 27 in the denominator, do so by multiplying both sides by the 27.
Now you have:
4v = 432
Next you need to get rid of the 4 by dividing both sides by 4
Your answer is now:
v = 108
