5 red, 15 blue, 5 green....total of 25 marbles
probability that one is red : 5/25 = 1/5
replaces it
probability that one is blue : 15/25 = 3/5
probability of both : 1/5 * 3/5 = 3/25 = 0.12 = 12% <==
