The right to bear arms is the 2nd Amendment in the Constitution, it wasn't mentioned in the Declaration of Independence

Answer: Bear arms

Explanation: The three fundamental rights granted and guaranteed by the Declaration of Independence are the right to life, the right to liberty and the right to pursuit of personal happiness of every citizen. What is not covered by the Declaration and later regulated by the 2nd Amendment is the possession, carrying and use of weapons. It is so regulated that for the sake of the security of the state, the militia can carry and use weapons, and this should not be harmed in any way.
