A user reports a problem with her or his computer. She or he says that on startup it seems to boot up normally, but the operating system never launches. This could point to a problem with what?

Boot loader
BIOS setup
Flashing BIOS
Logon credentials

It could be the boot loader or the BIOS didn't select the right drive.

Answer:

Boot Loader

Step-by-step explanation:

The Boot loader is the computer program that is used to launch/load an operating system of a computer when the system is turned on.it is also known as a boot manager or a bootstrap loader.

The BIOS setup is the configuration setting that allows the configuration of the hardware settings of the hardware attached to the system and also the system settings of the computer itself. like the password of the computer, its time as well as its date. The LOGON credentials will not affect the launching of the operating system of the computer.
