radius r = 6 in
so area A = 6x6xπx0.5 = 18π
note: a semicircle is just half of a full circle:)

The area is 56.54
12 divided by 2=6
Radius=6
The equation is pi r2/2
Pi 6x2/2
Pi 36/2
36 times pi(3.14)=113.09
113.09 divided by 2=56.54
