Sabrina threw a coin from a building 160 feet high at an initial speed of 30 feet per second. How many seconds will it take the coin to hit the ground?

A. 4.2
B.4.8
C.11.1
D.13.9

All you have to do is the distance divided by the speed, since they didn't mention acceleration, you do 160/30 = 5.33 repeating so just round it and go with B I guess. Hope it helps!

Is there a rate of acceleration? If not then by using the formula time = distance/speed you get 160/30. Which equals 5.333, so I would go with B.
