All you have to do is the distance divided by the speed, since they didn't mention acceleration, you do 160/30 = 5.33 repeating so just round it and go with B I guess. Hope it helps!

Is there a rate of acceleration? If not then by using the formula time = distance/speed you get 160/30. Which equals 5.333, so I would go with B.
