`2x= (3)/(4)`

To get x on it's own we need to divide by 2 on both sides:

`x= ( (3)/(4) )/(2)`

This is the same as:

`x= (3)/(4) / (2)/(1)`

We can flip and multiply to solve the division of fractions:

`(3)/(4)* (1)/(2) = (3*1)/(4*2) = (3)/(8)`

So now the equation (and solution) is:

`x= (3)/(8)`
