4 * side^2 = diagonal1 ^2 + diagonal2 ^2
4 * side^2 = 24^2 + 10^2
4 * side^2 = 576 + 100
4 * side^2 = 676
side^2 = 169
side = 13
So, the perimeter of this rhombus = 4 * 13 = 52 cm
