circumference = 2 * PI * radius
radius = circumference / 2 * PI
radius = 65*PI / 2 * PI
radius = 65 / 2
radius = 32.5
circle area = PI * radius^2
circle area = PI * 32.5^2
circle area = 1,056.25 * PI
answer is D)
