It should be 1.0. Because everything to the left of the tenths place becomes a zero and 1 rounded up to two does not round 0 up to 1.

1.015873015873016 to the nearest tenth is 1.02. The tenth place is the second number to the left of the decimal and you would round up because the third number is at least five.
