Given:

The fraction of treaters dressed up us halloween, x=2/15.

Let the total trickers be taken as 1.

Now, the proportion of treakers that were not dressed up as spiderman is,


\begin{gathered} y=1-x \\ =1-(2)/(15) \\ =(15-2)/(15) \\ =(13)/(15) \end{gathered}
