The general formula to find the midpoint of a line in a 3D space is given by


M=((x_1+x_2)/(2),(y_1+y_2)/(2),(z_1+z_2)/(2))

In this case, we have


M=((-13+0)/(2),(-4+4)/(2),(6+11)/(2))=((-13)/(2),0,(17)/(2))

So the position vector of the midpoint of the line PQ is


M=(-(13)/(2),0,(17)/(2))

which is option B.
