It is B. The semicolon should be between everywhere and it's. I.e. "....everywhere;it''s..."

Answer:

B. (5) Water is not everywhere it's miles away.

Step-by-step explanation:

Semi- colons are used in between any two independent clauses. Independent clauses are words or sentences that can stand on their own as a sentence, making complete sense. Inserting a semi- colon in between any phrase or sentences is tended to give/ provide a pause in between sentences.

Thus, the semi- colon will be inserted in between 'everywhere' and 'it's', for the words "water is everywhere" and "it's miles away" are two independent clauses. This semi- colon will act as a pause, but not fully separate the sentences into two.

Thus, the final sentence will be

Water is everywhere; it's miles away.
