The Lend Lease Act was a law that allowed for the US to lend guns, ammunition, tanks, and other military equipment to the Allied Powers at the beginning of World War II. Even though the US claimed to be "isolated" from this conflict, this law showed clear favoring of countries like Great Britain, France, etc. This caused animosity between the US, Germany, and Japan. Ultimately, the US would enter World War II after Japan attacked the US military base at Pearl Harbor.
