j. What differences can you see when you compare the nucleus of a dividing cell with that of a non-dividing cell?

Chromosomes are only visible in dividing cells.

DNA is in the form of chromosomes in a dividing cell which is basically condensed DNA from chromatin and so you can see it in a dividing cell but in a non-dividing cell DNA is in the form of chromatin which is thin strands of DNA which is not visible.
