(7,8) because it's saying to the right of the y axis which would be the x-axis and 8 units above the x-axis which is saying that the y-axis is really 8.

(7,8) because to the right of the y-axis would be positive so it would be positive 7 and 8 unite above the x-axis would also be positive so positive 8 and 7 is your x and 8 is your y and you always arrange them (x,y)
