So if we have an Output of 8, we know that the Y point in the cordinate must be 8 (x,8 so far). Now we use the graph and see the x cordinate marked on the line for Y=8 we find that the X point must be 9. We apply the same thing for the second value in the table and derrive that the answer is 13 (14,13).
