as speed is equal to wavelength * frequency

so, speed is directly propostional to wavelength keeping frequency constant..

in above question wavelength of B is 3 times of wave A, so speed will also be 3 times

Wavelength is directly proportional to the speed of the wave, so if the wavelength of B is three times than that of A, then it's speed would be it's three time as well.
