The slope between two points is given by:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Plugging the values of the points given we have:

\begin{gathered} m=(-7-(-7))/(4-(-7)) \\ =(-7+7)/(4+7) \\ =(0)/(11) \\ =0 \end{gathered}

Therefore the slope is 0.
