1.It creates a national goverment. Second it divides power and lastly it protects individual liberties.

2.as a whole was to help protect the country's hard-earned rights for liberty, unjust laws, and freedom from a tyrannical government.

3.The Legislative Branch to make the laws.
The Executive Branch to enforce the laws. The Judicial Branch to interpret the laws.

4. Beacuse they didint want anything to get "messed up".
