The dimensions of the new ( enlarged ) prism:
L = 5 * 2 = 10 cm,
W = 4 * 2 = 8 cm,
H = 3 * 2 = 6 cm.
The surface area of the prism:
S A = 2 LW + 2 LH + 2 WH
S A = 2 * 10 * 8 + 2 * 10 * 6 + 2 * 8 * 6
S A = 160 + 120 + 96
S A = 376 cm²
Answer: The surface area of the new prism is 376 cm².
