A baseball player gets four hits during the world series and a sports announcer claims that getting four or more hits is not unusual. Is sports announcer correct ?

It isn't unusual, because there are 4 players that had more than 4 hits during the World Series

Explanation:

In order to call something unusual in statistics it has to have at least less that 1% chance of happening, or have happened less than 1% of the time, since there are 5 players that have more than 4 hits during the world series and that makes for a total of 15% of the total 32 players involved in the world series, so calling it unusual would be overstating something.
