What percautions should I take when exercising in heat

Be sure to consume at least 8 to 12 ounces of water within 30 minutes of exercise and have more fluids to drink on hand to drink every half-hour while you exercise k. Hope this helps

Drink lots and lots of water and stay hydrated because dehydration is a big risk.
