Well three seats in the right with 24 seats means there is 8 rows. I assume the same for the left. So 2x8=16. Sixteen Seats on the left. This is my theory. Though options would be nice.

There are 16 seats on the left.
2 on the left 3 on the right
x on the left 24 on the right
24 divided by 3 is 8
8 times 2 is 16.
