IUPAC - International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry

Answer:
(3) 2,2-dichloroheptane

Note¹:
According to IUPAC, the carbon numbering in the main chain of hydrocarbons depends on the positioning of the radicals and unsaturations.
Note²:
In the statement image, the structure of the compound is counted from right to left, due to the proximity of the radicals (dichloro).
Note³:
We have seven carbons in the structure (heptane) and two branches (dichloro), so the name will be 2,2 dichloroheptane.

I hope I have helped!
