\mathbb P(J|K)=(\mathbb P(J\cap K))/(\mathbb P(K))=(\mathbb P(J)\mathbb P(K))/(\mathbb P(K))=\mathbb P(J)

because
\mathbb P(J\cap K)=\mathbb P(J)\mathbb P(K) due to independence. So
\mathbb P(J)=0.1.
