Explanation:

A taxi travels 25 kilometers east of an airport.

Then it travels form that point to a point that is 40 kilometers west of the airport.

Finally when taxi returns to the airport total distance covered by the taxi will be = 25 km to the East + 25 km back to the airport + 40 km to the west + 40 km back to the airport

Total distance covered will be = 25 + 25 + 40 + 40

= 180 km.

Therefore, answer will be 130 km.
