The answer is C.

You can take the top left right triangle and add it to the right side to make a rectangle. The formula for finding the area of a rectangle is easy. A=lw
28 * 14 = 392.

Now we have to find the area of the bottom triangle. The formula for area of a triangle is A=1/2lw. So to get this you multiply 14 * 21 which equals 284 then divide 294 by 2. So the equation would be 1/2 * 294 = 147.

Now we get A = 392 + 147. The answer is 539 or C.

The question is asking to calculate the are of the figure that is attached in the question and assumed that the figure is made up for parallelograms and triangles and base on the said figure, I would say that the answer would be 539 cm^2. I hope you are satisfied with my answer
