Anytime before 7 will do. But the answer is 7

She needs to arrive 10 minutes before the train departs, at 7:30 am, so she 30minutes- 10minutes= 20 minutes
She must arrive by 7:20 am
She also has a 20 minute drive
20minutes-20minutes=0 minutes
She must leave by 7:00 am to make it in time
