Lenght is 4 1/2 cm
P=2L +2W
15cm = 2L + 2(2/3L)
15cm = 2L + 4/3L
15cm = 2 4/3 L
15cm ÷ 2 4/3 = 2 4/3L ÷ 2 4/3
4 1/2cm = L

Check
P=2L +2W
P=2(4.5) +2(3)
15= 9 +6
15=15
