The fourth one; a constant of variation is of multiplying. And the only one that's multiplying by 2 is the fourth one

Answer:

The table that could represent the function in the attached figure

Explanation:

we know that

A relationship between two variables, x, and y, represent a direct variation if it can be expressed in the form
y/x=k or
y=kx

In this problem

y varies directly with x, and the constant of variation is
2

so

k=2

The equation of the direct variation is equal to

y=2x

therefore

For
x=2

Find the value of y

Substitute in the equation the value of x

y=2(2)=4

For
x=4

Find the value of y

Substitute in the equation the value of x

y=2(4)=8

For
x=6

Find the value of y

Substitute in the equation the value of x

y=2(6)=12

For
x=8

Find the value of y

Substitute in the equation the value of x

y=2(8)=16

The table that could represent the function in the attached figure
