4.75/2 = 2.375

v = pi r ^2 h

v = (3.14) (2.375)^2 (12)

v = (3.14) (5.64) (12)

v = 212.54

h=17.4 so basically you plug in what you have in the formula for finding the volume of a cylinder which is V=pi
r^(2) xh r being radius and h height so it would be 123=pi
1.5^(2) xh then you solve like an equation
