HEre we have 2 terms and also we have x^2

So we try to write this in square form

144 can be written as 12 times 12 = 12^2

49 can be written as 7 times 7 = 7^2


144-49x^2


12^2-7^2x^2

Now apply difference of squares formula


a^2 - b^2= (a+b)(a-b)
