Distribute:
(80(a)+(8)(2)+(2)(2)+(2)(3a)
8a+16+4+6a
Combine Like Terms:
8a+16+4+6a
(8a+6a)+(16+4)
14a+20
So Your Answer Would Be:
14a+20
