Experts have agreed that breast milk is the best nutrition for a newborn baby. The only reason it's made by the mother is to feed the baby. Breast milk contains numerous health benefits for infants. Breast milk contains contains antibodies for the baby, making the infant's immune system stronger. It decreases the chances of disease and asthma. They tend to be slimmer as adults and decrease the risk of cancer. It offers long-term protection for the baby, keeping the child's risks of chronic illness, and other diseases at an all time low for the rest of their lives.

I hope you have a wonderful day! :D
