I'm taking a test tomorrow.

I need to use the kinetic energy formula, K=3/2nRT. I know that T is the temperature, and n is the number of moles. I know that R is the constant.

But, I can't remember what the number is. I keep remembering 8.354, but I'm not sure that's correct. Can anyone help me what the number for R always is?

R is the constant for the Ideal Gas Law, and is equal to 8.3144 J K^-1 mol -1

hope this helps :)
