Since you're asked to find the sum you can only do this through addition. To get to 75 using the numbers only once, here is the solution:
67 + 5 = 72
72 + 3 = 75

You can do this using the equation below.
(6 x (7+5)) + 3
(6 x 12) +3
72 + 3
75
