-0.33 bar notation means -0.3333...
Since 0.3333... > 0.33,
-0.33 > 0.33 (bar notation)

-0.33 is greater than -0.33 bar notation because with a bar notation the same number keeps going and going and -0.33 stays like that unless it has a bar notation. Hope this helps
