C1V1= C2V2
use this formula C1= 0.748 M
V1= 45.0 mL change to L
V2= 250.0 mL again change to L
C2= ?

Use the formula M1V1 = M2V2
45(0.748) = 250(M2)
33.66 = 250(M2)
M2 = 0.135 M
