(4xy^3+8x^2y^5)/(2xy^2)

(2y+4xy^3)

2x^0y^1+4x^1y^3 so

a,b,c,d=0,1,1,3

The value of a is 0 because x is not present in 2y, letting x^0 you have 2y*1
